I'm stressed at work because it is not challenging enough which makes me feel frustrated, closed in, and anxious and impacts my sense of well being because my efforts to advance myself are being undermined. This whole situation makes me aware that I’m not getting enough structure and direction. I am not sure I can get this need satisfied because it will take some effort to get what I need. Furthermore, this whole problem is aggravated because I'm avoiding changes I need to make, bothered by too many stressful things at once, and having too great a need to have it perfect.
